These two huge, gnarled trees stood in a corner in the Cloister,
prompting me to wonder who planted them, and when. On planting,
could they have envisaged the size to which these would grow, what
they would look like in the Cloister?
Would they even have believed that so many years later, the Cathedral and the Cloister would still exist?
