Cashing in on the Date

It seems that's a large group of bikers are riding their Harleys to Hell (Michigan, that is) today, with all sorts of entertainment laid on for them by the townspeople.

I'm just wondering, when asked where you live, is it worse to say "Hell, Michigan" or "Boring, Oregon."

Aren't there some censored city/town or street names in France/Italy? I remember seeing it on the travel channel
